The best for me is Baka To Test(not the yaoi one -.-) and Hatsune Miku and Megurina Luka having the Yuri ^^

One Piece, without a doubt. Well, FMA is one hell of a manga, it's probably the second best in my eyes. I'm not even sure since Magico is so freaking great and might well become my favorite even with how short it's been running for now.
I love all the others (except Gintama which I haven't read as of now), But One Piece is the one best Shonen out there.

Mecha anime; Robotech and Macross [respectively], Vandread and most of the Gundam franchise, Tenga Toppa Gurren Lagann, Full Metal Panic, Eureka Seven and Code Geass.
Sci Fi; the Animatrix, Hack series, and Cowboy Bebop
for Adventure anime and Fantasy; Full Metal Alchemist (Brotherhood and OVA),Slayers (mildly), Bleach and D.Gray Man
for Fighting and crazy stuff, I'm always at home with DBZ and Yu yu Hakusho, but other little up and coming dogs like Saint Seiya Omega is starting to surprise me.

There is a difference between Eastern and Western audiences, in Japan Gintama is very successful, always is in the top 10 sales of Shonen Jump... Gintama doesn't make much success here. It was between One Piece, Bleach, and FMA, but FMA definitely if I had to choose, for the brilliant plot. In my opinion, it's far superior to the other two. Also, I like how they only stopped it after so many books.
