Just finished the last route and I have to say that this game is amazing. It was very well written. Personally, Lilly has by far the best storyline. It was so emotionally moving the others just didn't compare to me. Thankfully though I played her's next to last so only Rin's felt like a let down after that.
For anyone who hasn't played this, I don't think I could recommend it enough. By far one of the best VNs I've ever played.

Just this afternoon I finished the game for the first time following Shizune's path and comforting Misha, of course... But so that was a downer for me...
Anyway, finding out gave me false hopes on getting a three way with both u_u. I played for the bad ending and now I'm currently on Hanako's path because I read the poll and wanted to see what the fuss was all about
Awesome game, though. The first VN I play and it happens to be one of the best, as many have noted.

All in all, I liked Hanako cuz I thought her scenes were very pretty. ^^

it's rin for me because, like others before me said about other characters (mainly hanako), i can relate to her and she's exactly the kind of girl i'd like to meet in real life too^^
it's kinda hard having all of those thoughts inside your head but no one who would listen, but i guess the odds of meeting a person who thinks similar aren't that good :)

Haha I don't post much but when I downloaded this game I was expecting something way different being a little pervy :P but when I began reading this novel it really got to me its really good even though I have only completed Rin and Emi's im at 50%ish can't wait for the other endings :D

Now I may just be guessing but I couldn't help but notice a little coincidence about Kenji and Yuuko well Kenji mentions he went out with a girl and freaked out after they had sex probably hinting that he never saw her again and Yuuko mentions she had someone younger who disappeared out of her life I know it sounds dumb but could they have been together???
or maybe I'm just reading too much into Kenji's character making up conspiracies lol XD

It's never stated outright, but there are many other hints to this as well.

I just finished hanako last week and it was very good story matched up by a superb ending. No wonder many people would vote for her........

i really couldnt choose one, so i picked hanako because i did her story first, but all of the girls had amazing stories, and they where actually real people and not cardboard cutouts some people see personalities as.

Ive loved Hanako since I 1st ran into her. My 1st conquest was Emi (who I reached while trying to get Hanako-chan. Im currently on my 2nd try (created an account just for the poll)

I liked Katawa Shoujo a lot. The game wasn't so much about the sex with me. It was about the in-depth characters, and realistic situations that give you a splash of reality. Hanako was my favorite for multiple reasons. Her arc was the only one that made me cry... Twice. Emi was an emotional arc, and Rin's was the most driven. Lilly's was cliche at the end, and Shizune? Shizune was just too... bold and reckless for me.
Hanako had a sad story, and was a person who I could relate to, being alone. I don't have burns, but I have scars from a few accidents in my past. My elbow for one, has a scar all around it when I skinned it falling off a bike. It is true that people can be cruel and just hateful.
Katawa Shoujo is just amazing... I would recommend it to anyone(just disable adult content).
