Since THC varies from plant to plant, you'd have to consume an ungodly amount of weed. I did a little experiment once to see if I could kill myself smoking pot. I knew it wouldn't work, but I wanted to see how far I could go and passed out after a few ounces. Aside from humans physically lacking the lung capacity, I've never heard of even the most accomplished smokers managing to smoke more than a couple lbs in one sitting, forget 15 minutes.
