I would like to die making a final stand against a large group of bad/evil/zombiesque people and taking a great portion of them with me.. preferably with a weapon of some sort... giving others more time to get away... and or just for the hell of it.

Parachute into the mouth of an elephant thats on fire.
The hard part would be getting the elephant to stop long enough to snack on me. Afterwards, they would harvest my brain out of the elephant and put it on display in museums for the sheer oddity of it.
