Anyway blackmail is a bad idea not just because it's morally wrong but, more importantly because it'll blow up in your face with pretty much 99% certainty. Coercing people in any way is a generally a pretty bad idea and blackmail is the most likely to fuck you up just for trying it. You'd most likely end up in jail or in fact end up her blackmailing you and either way you're a fellow fakuzza so I don't want to see you get hurt for making a mistake like that.
Why don't you tell us more about this girl so we can suggest some ways to get her interested in you that won't end up fucking up your life. Though it seems you also have somewhat of a dislike for this girl so we may end up telling you ways to tell her she should stop being a bitch.
Edit: Also I actually applaud you for realizing you should check out the idea with other people instead of just going with the impulse. Many people aren't smart enough to admit to themselves when they don't know the right answer to something.

In fact you might convince her that her looks and whatnot make her all the more important if you actually tried to do something like that. If I thought a girl was a bitch and needed to learn the error of her ways I'd probably find other girls who don't like her. Though that's something a guy has to be real careful with as girls will use a guy to hurt another girl and then make it seem like all the bad shit was the guys doing.
