What a way to start and finish the 1st day of the International Main Event!

The 1st Game had an explosive opening, with 7 kills in the last 10 min.

And the Ending Game? Why, a (literally) CRAZY All-Star Match featuring your favorite players!

Also, the back-stage host, Kaci Aitchison, is quickly becoming a fave of mine.

As someone mentioned it in Reddit, "Kaci is to TI3 as Bruno was to TI2. I hope to see her come back next year."

So many people are butthurt from the Na'Vi vs TongFu game, lol

Spoiler:
Na'Vi won the game, even with a huge disadvantage, all thanks to the fountain hooks by Chen and Pudge. What really set the win in is that Gyro fountain hook when TongFu just finished with Aegis. Not to mention the quick return of Chen before being doomed by Doombringer.

And the teamwipe by Na'Vi? Man, good dismember by Dendi on Shadowfiend, even though SF had his bkb popped out. So Alche can focus on the other heroes

Just to clarify,
Spoiler:
fountain hooks is a legit strat and very hard to land, as displayed by Na'Vi. Why Tongfu didn't capitalize on that advantage when Dendi's waddling back from base is beyond me.

I have a confession to make.

I'm an Anti-Mage picker.

--Nacho. Good, because fuck magic scums. How is your winrate with AM? I got 12 percent lololol. Playing AM in pubs is a bad idea, for myself of course.

ertcepS best waifu.

I'm not sure how to feel about the recent TI3 result.

Na'vi played poorly and the draft are confusing.
Alliance played superb yet somewhat their game are boring to watch (sorry my opinion).
Orange is... well i dunno what to say about them lol.

My final guess it will be Alliance who will won TI3.

My winrate with AM should be something like 60%. I'm still fairly new so this statistic isn't saying much.

I found Anti-Mage to be really good for pubs, however. The enemy needs to be really well organized in order to deal with his splitpushing strategies properly, and this just doesn't work out in low-level pubs, haha.

When there's one thing I learned in my years of League before DotA, it's how to be a slippery faggot as a carry player. That's likely why I feel familiar playing AM, and he's also not exactly difficult to play efficiently.

I PUT AN END TO ALL MAGIC...after the forty minute mark.

The key to AM is basically just having an active team EFFECTIVELY covering you. Heroes like Slark, Pudge, Bounty Hunter complement AM well since they keep the other team too occupied to delay your farm. Which is why counterpicks against AM are typically siegers like Lone Druid, Leshrac or Broodmother who can quickly progress the game to the point to where AM's routes to the jungle are cut-off, quickly warded and he is forced to fight without his core items..in other words he's jail bait.

On another note I am a Randomer and proud of it, though my favorite heroes have to be Broodmother, Silencer and Queen of Pain.

It was the 3-man coil that really won the the game for Alliance. If s4 didn't get that 3-man coil, Na'Vi could've defended their barracks.

Can't remember if it was a 3 man coil, but I do remember Dendi and 1 more getting stuck in the coil, and yeah I agree that Alliance won because of that.

Should have been Orange instead.. Why kyxy, why?!

Oh damn, don't remind me of kyxy. That was such a sad moment for them.

So it looks like I moght be wrong. Reddit is saying something else regarding the 3-man coil.

Not wrong, he did get a 3-man coil which won them the game. Navi felt pressured to help Puppey once his TP got canceled. Sure, it didn't cancel three ports but it canceled Puppeys port.

Fuck Reddit. Biased faggots all over the place. Disgraceful place to go for knowledge. If you're new, don't go there.

Yeah, I should've explained more carefully. I wasn't saying the coil didn't win them the game. Rather, it didn't cancel out 3 tp's
