I love Millia's new look at the end. I need to head back to the lab with her again.

Now that I think about it, if everyone is getting new looks, I wonder what Bridget's new look is gonna be considering his history of being a trap.

Also, I hope they do remixes of these themes. They're my favorite out of the the series.

[color=#006FFF]I'm eager to see everyone's new zoom-ins for their special moves (assuming that's now a thing based on what we saw) but of course I want my favorites in there the most. Glad to see A.B.A. getting some love here but I also want Johnny, I-no, Chipp, and Baiken quite a bit. Hopefully we'll get some more footage soon; possibly at E3?

[color=#006FFF]I'm curious to see if this ends up being after Overture or not since, if it is, maybe we can expect Sin, Valentine, and the rest of the big names. I don't know everything about the story though (just some of the key points as to character relations) so maybe that'd be impossible, iono. Either way, out of my hype for this I've already bought Accent Core Plus from the PSN, reminding myself why I love the series so much--it's been too long since I've played one of my favorite fighting game series.

From the way Sol talks to Ky in the trailer, it could be taking place after Overture. Another point to look at is Ky wielding Thunderseal, which means Dizzy has recovered from the Gear Sublimation and will be part of the character roster. It would be interesting to see any interaction between her and Valentine in a story mode. This is all of course, depending on if this game takes place before or after Overture (which I haven't played either).

Edit, just read a few interesting comments below the video, here's one from a user named RRRadish:
1) Based on the text on Sol's sword this takes place after Overture in 2187
2) Sol and Ky seem to be working together like in Overture
3) Ky's sword isn't Thunderseal since he sacrificed it to save Dizzy as seen in Overture
All of that points it towards being a true sequel. Also the title "Guilty Gear Xrd" points to the game being both GG3 and GGXXX. Ky could've just resigned as a king since it's implied he was appointed one just to control him anyways.

Wasn't really good at Guilty Gear since I wasn't that big at fighting games at the time, now ArcSystem Works will get my money for BlazBlue and Guilty Gear

And Millia is still just as gorgeous and wonderful as ever...

I was really starting to doubt this would ever come out with Ishiwatari working on Blazblue and all, but this......this just made my day--my month--my whole year--to see this be confirmed.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm must be off to tell ever single person with thumbs (and the few GG players who don't have thumbs; I'm sure a few exist) about this wonderful, wonderful thing. As soon as that's done, I'm off to play Accent Core constantly and forever until this releases.
