Kayle: Anyone can become a monstrous carry with enough kills. It's her ulti, good sir.
Gangplank: I dunno, his ulti is an AoE that does AP damage, and his Q basically replaces his auto attack. I've almost never seen a Gangplank actually want to close in and start doing melee attacks.
@Vietxmikey Best Irelia is suppose to not have assists ;D Only kills. From what best ppl playing her says you should ks as much as you can and pwn everybody later on.
Also IMO Kylie made dps is much more awesome than support. Ulti - nothing from ap. Slow - makes you dmg enemies harder. Heal - hastes you so you can catch up better. ROWRZ FIRE SWRD! - Makes you ranged (With awesome hybrid dmg).
Mundo and blitz are IMO pure tanks, cause building them in other way in most cases results in rage and 0/20.
Btw. What do you people think about Sivir? Cause when im not playing ranked or playing normals with friends I play her for fun, and I even lately got some good scores O.o (I always thought she's one of worst chars here)

blitz is a very good main tank and you can go AP or AD most go ap since his mana shield will recover most of his health bar but when you AD you knock up will do great dmg for a tank of course but he is a good main tank since he has a stun a knock up and an aoe silence
sivir is an amazing champ but she takes more skill than most people think so i wouldnt jump to the conclusion that she is very easy you have to learn how to time and read enemy players to use your spell shield to its max ability and mana management is one of the hardest things on her also attacking turrets is a risky thing with ricochet because you become a priority target
i havent played sivir very much but i know alot about her since she is one of the strongest mage killers in the game and my mains are moakai and fiddlesticks there have been to many times when spell shield reduced my dmg output to 1/3 of what it needed to be from spell shield flash to spell shield exhaust and a free kill for them

of course it does but for new players it might not and i have read through a fair amount of the posts most of the people here are new players who are still new to the game the only point i was trying to make is that sivir isn't as easy as riot and a lot of people try to make her

Isn't TF more viable as AP? I usually build him as a hybrid for the lolz but still. As AP, Wild Cards will do some great damage allowing you to safely poke from behind a giant cow, rock, or emo mummy, your Pick a Card will do even more damage (or at least yellow will), and even your AA will contain some punch thanks to Stacked Deck. The only down side I see is that you do relatively bad damage against buildings (IE backdooring is damn near impossible as AP until you get wad of AP and a Lich Bane) and you're not as consistently doing as much damage.

I've seen really good AP TFs. AD as well, but since more people play AD TF, I also see a significant amount of bad AD TFs. Wild Card poke is really effective since it costs like no mana.

Well I'm not, but I'm really interested in Sivir. IMO she's very vulnerable to ganks and it sucks, cause when 2 guys with stuns go vs you it's very very bad. Shield blocks only 1 ;/ But her MS is awesome swiftness + ulti + ghost = YOU CANT CATCH ME DOOOOOOODE! I always lol when I overrun oponents ;D
And to Blitz: I play him when he is free (just dont feel like spending 6k for that champ). And my friend says that I'm good (i play him tank but with ap for example for hp i take roa ;D)

I've been playing for awhile off and on, DurielCain on the US servers. Not going to say I'm super awesome at the game but I try my best to not feed the opposition. Granted I've mostly been playing Vs AI so far.

in general, bursting peoplez with irelia's insane damage output.
those are just my thoughts tho.

There's a good guide on solomid.net that further details that specific build. The only downside is that she pretty much requires a solo lane to get the farm she needs.

So i've been watching both League of Legend & Heroes of Newerth competition. Sadly Dreamhack only streams HoN while I need to use LoL's own stream for their own show.
While I play both, I personally think HoN games were much more impressive. But thats just personal taste.
@ Neo Striker : HoN has been in Dreamhack before LoL (they were at last winter's tournament) while this is LoL first showing.

Randuin's Omen and Force of Nature are the general thing you will want. Omen for armor and FoN for magic resist. Other items depend on the other team.
Build wise, I normally go Regrowth+hp pot > Mercury Threads > change Regrowth to Philosopher's Stone > Heart of Gold > Negatron or Warden's Mail depending on who you are facing > Sheen > FoN > Randuin > Trinity > whatever else. Sell the PS around the 20 minute mark or make it into a Reverie.
