Also, FMC's parents (mother in particular) gets bonus points for *koff-koff* giving our cute couple the house to celebrate MC's birthday.

EDIT: maybe it's just me and my preference for the FMC being a Sexy Onee-san (relative to the MC), but IMHO, the illustrations suggest that Sakura just might be older than Shun, even if not by very much.
