What was your first VN/Eroge game?

Let's see, the first one I played was the original Shuffle! game. I fell in loved with it, and of course I bought the the two sequals, Tick Tack and Really? Really! .

I believe you can tell the age of the poster by their first VN games.

Mines is True Love, remembered spending hours downloading it, yes, this was the age of 56k modem.

This can be quite True to a certain level, but it cannot confirm those who are "late bloomers".

My first was "Critical Point", a 1998 game which I played in early High school that's in 2001-ish (I'm a sinner.. lol)

Hitomo - My Stepsister was my first.. Not the best one though, didn't really like the Mom's ending, but the other ones were cute. :)

Utawarerumono for me. Sad that I watched the anime first, but I still enjoyed it. Great story, good art work, and the H scenes were not the main focus. How could I have asked for more.

G-Senjou no Maou. Best ending and best story for me, so far. Even more than the must play one, such as F/SN, i'd say

Such a bad way to start since the protagonist is a pure asshole.

Nope, there's no "bad way" to start playing VNs. The only good way is keep on increasing the amount of VNs that you play.


Because VNs =/= Happy/awesome story.

My first was Critical Point, which isn't stellar in the story section. But that doesn't make it a "Bad" VN. But at that time, it was still a great experience.
