the hentai mangas wont turn pages and they stay on the same page no matter how many times i click Ive clear my cache cookies and history im running win 7 and this problem is with both chrome and fire fox on my end.

Adblock. Now I'm starting to think about it too.
Edit: Nope. Pausing / disabling AdBlock didn't solve it.

What is the OS you're using?
Chrome/Desktop uses Win7 starter and Firefox/Laptop uses Win7 Home Basic. Both computers are using the latest version of the browsers, by the way.

It's working on my laptop now, but I still don't know if it was on the site or just my connection fucking up. I'm using a different connection at the moment.
