1 Notification bug, once more

Looks like I seem to have finally acquired the notorious "1 Notification" bug as well, simply by opening two new PMs I had in new tabs at the same time.

I usually just turn off notification messages in settings when that happens

I made the mistake of clicking "Mark Unread" in my messages.

Now I have 40 notifications I can't get rid of.

I manually searched and found 18 unread old messages. So, It's really not a bug I guess?

For me it's the Mark Unread button not working right. I have no unread messages but my inbox says otherwise and I'm stuck at 40 notifications.

Spoiler:
I was playing about in my inbox last night. Select All'd and Mark Unread'd some messages, and did it multiple times to the same bunch of messages to see what would happen. Notifications went up by 20 each time I did it. Some Notifications disappeared after I opened the messages but the "duplicate" notifications remain.

Don't Mark Unread an unopened message.

I have the bug too. I did this game, and Bagman and Gitaa (alone) sent over 1,000 messages - I can't go through them to maybe fix it!

Sending myself a PM then deleting it reduces my Notifications by 1. Whelp, time to send myself another 38 messages.



Edit: Back at 0 again. Woooo!
