A very Hot Middle Chapters not being added into the series?

I have been following this series around alot and I do like it.
But I have noticed Chapter 2 & 3 have been released and it has not been added to the series https://www.fakku.net/series/a-very-hot-middle
as you can see above in the link it only shows chapter 1

I'm guessing this happens alot?
