That'd be implying somehow series had their own linking system. I'm pretty sure besides the very few "Volumes" (an organization tool which seems to have been mostly scrapped) of manga on site, no manga's chapters are linked by any data besides author name and possibly series title.

Unless you're talking about notification on updates of your favourite author, then I think it's kinda hard.
