Age Confirmation Box Suggestion

I have a suggestion for the "Are you at least 18 years old?" message box.
Sometimes when I scroll down quickly while viewing in "Private Mode", I have to scroll back up to accept the message before I look at anything. I find this frustrating at times.
My suggestion is the message box should have a fixed position, instead of an absolute position.
This means if you scroll down, the box will follow as you scroll, as oppose to staying at the top of the page.
