You could try using a proxy of some sort, or you could also try a secure VPN ( https://torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-services-take-your-anonymity-seriously-2014-edition-140315/ ).
I believe you can find decent proxies for free, but if you want a secure VPN they can get a bit pricey. If viewing Fakku is illegal in Malaysia a VPN is probably safer though.

No need to download things though. If you're using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, there are plenty extensions to use to allow for local VPNs and proxies on browser.
