They do not appear to need to be purchased, or it does not show me such a requirement. However when I attempt to read them I get the following message,

That happen because the publisher ENSHODO discontinued and became irodori. So they never redid the licensing with the artist so no one can buy it. Only people who bought it before the publisher left can access it. A lot of is like this.
