Since this is yet another of several recent video related threads, i think the underlying issue is download vs. streaming. so maybe there could be a chosen off site location where fakku videos could be viewed online. that way, fakku could avoid any potential liability. some place like xvideos, spankwire or pornhub. xvideos has the best selection of full videos right now IMO.

Making it available for download only is a bit... elietist, in my opinion. it cuts off a fair portion of the community who can't, or just don't want to download hentai. not everyone has room in their memory for tons of downloads. or maybe they can only access from a shared computer where downloading and storage is not an option.
there's also the frustratuion of waiting patiently for something to download, only to find it's not something you want. some of you may be to young to remember, but it used to be downloading was about the only way to get porn online. hoping the title was an acurate discription, only to find the file labled, "blonde teens with huge tits" was acctually fat hairy gay porn. so to say, "streaming is a thing of the past" makes no sense to me. it's like saying, "MP3s are for lames. it's all about the 8track". i see it as a step back, not forward.
