How can I access the video? I get a pink bar saying I need to download the adobe flash player, but I already have the latest version. Any suggestions? Am I not clicking on the right thing?

Check your browser's add-ons and make sure Flash isn't disabled.

Thanks GC. Flash is enabled in my browser add-ons, and I don't have any add-ons for RealPlayer, which, supposedly, can also cause a problem. May I ask, for those people that have no trouble, what is in the place of the pink "get adobe flashplayer" screen?

You might want to download RealPlayer as well then.
Post the link to what you're trying to watch, and so other users can tell you if they experience the same thing. If it's where I think it is though, in place of a pink screen telling you to download Flash player, it's the video itself.
