My account (in top right of the page) > settings > Account settings
First option in General, below the line where you enter custom forum title if you have a subscription.
You might need to wait some time if you made the account just new, iirc a day or so, before it appears.

I don't think you get the option automatically. Afaik you have to ask staff to add the option to your account, and only then can you toggle it of/off.
That aside, I'm surprised the book counts as controversial. I mean, which of the following tags would be controversial? Tentacles??
