I paid for a subscription on the 2nd but I still can't read anything for some reason, and neither of the tickets I've submitted have received a reply. Everyday this isn't fixed is a day I paid for a subscription I'm not getting but yet it doesn't seem like anyone is in any rush to fix it. I hate getting mad but I just want what I paid for and I don't like getting shafted.I took a screenshot of the charge on my bank for proof if that's why I've been ignored but it's starting to get really annoying with this being a short month already ten days in.

I meant to reply yesterday, your account should be all set! And I have added a free month of subscription time onto your account because the issue was our fault.

No problem at all, we never actually got your emails (assuming you used the contact form). I went a double checked, the only contact we have from you was via a PM to me and I don't check them often.
