Change topic picture

I'm surprised that I haven't seen this suggested yet. Either way, I was wondering if it were possible to allow the creator of a topic to edit the topic picture, because when making the topic, one gets to pick a picture but must stay with it for all eternity.

It was before but not anymore. There's also a bug that deletes the topic image whenever you edit your OP.
