Combined shipping from fakku.net and merch.fakku.net

Hi!
Many people, like me, shop outside of US on your site and have to deal with very high shipping costs and customs fees.
I would ask, to meet the needs of these people, if it would be possible to combine into a single package, therefore a single shipment, the orders made from: fakku.net (paperback editions) and merch.fakku.net (merch, apparel, etc...).
These two "portals" actually operate as two different sites, thus with distinct carts.
