I don't know if I can post this problem here in this section.
Ok basically my second computer keep on restarting and restarting every time when I turn on. I reformat it but it keep repeating the same thing again and again, so I suspect it is one of my hardware spoilt but I don't know what is it?

Check one of the RAM cards if you have multiple. One of my computers does the same thing and that is the problem.

Technical tip: RAM are normally refered to as 'sticks'.
Yeah, and make sure that everything Plug And Play-wise is correctly inserted. If you have a lot of stuff in your computer (PCI cards, hard drives) it may be that you don't have a high powered PSU (Power Supply Unit) and it can't supply enough power to the components (thus, it dies).
