I would also like to know. I'm honestly just trying to buy an All ages visual novel called "The Key to Home." I sent a support ticket last Friday eveneing, but I still haven't heard back. I find it nuts I have to go through secret hoops to buy a simple AA visual novel on a hentei website. First I have to come to a hentai site for AA VN, then they've literally hidden it away. It's insane.

Since people asking about the option which must never be named is a fairly frequent occurrence, could @Jacob or any other staff member perhaps shed a little more light on the subject please? Specifically, I'm hoping you could tell us:
Hope I'm not stepping on any mines asking here. I'm just an old-time lurker who likes to be helpful, and hope for people to enjoy the site like I do rather than end up frustrated with the secret and opaque process surrounding select content.
- Will you add official instructions to the site (like the FAQ) about how to request access to this option?
- If not, could you please elaborate on the process? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'll be willing to help unofficially point people in the right direction, but there's some confusion about whether forum activity is needed in addition to a support ticket, and whether the long waiting times and lack of response from support is due to you being busy or some hidden requirement/clearing period for access to this feature. As is, we don't even know if people can expect a response when they gain or are denied access.
- If delays are due to support being busy, is there any chance you could automate the process somewhat?
- Since topics and posts mentioning the feature explicitly tend to go missing, how much/little are we allowed to tell people asking for help? It feels like a bit of a grey area.

I feel ya, been trying to find out what to do for hours trying to patch a game that I cant see without finding these secret settings and unlocking them

Up to this point I've done all my Fakku purchases off of Right Stuf but obviously that's no longer available. So what's this they hide all the "controversial" content behind a switch that we can't access? I guess to stop randos from finding it sticking it up on the news. So what's the initiation process?
