Custom Titles?

I'm not too sure if this has been discussed before (I'm sure it has at one point or another) But what do people think of having people being able to put a short custom title to replace the FAKKU Elite or FAKKU Elder once they hit those titles? It would be short of course, 10 or 15 characters max. Maybe even be able to change colors if we wanna get real fancy.
Or instead of the elite/elder caveat, let any member do it? and simply change the color depending on weather or not it's a standard, elite, or elder member?

Err.. scratch that lol, I believe Jacob once mentioned imputing a something like that after disabling the IB rank. He either forgot about it due to other works or is just too busy.
