Dark background option gone

I looked through some threads and didn't see this mentioned, so it might just be me. I also didn't see a search feature to really search through threads, so forgive me if this has already been posted.

For the longest time when reading online there was an option to make the background of the page black instead of the blinding white. I can't find the option to do that anymore. Was it removed? Is it just me? If so, how do I fix it?
