Digital Order Comformation: "We're getting it ready"?

Hi there!
I only recently joined up here on FAKKU and made my first purchase of Honey Select Unlimited! However after making the digital purchase, I was surprised to get this message on the order conformation:
"We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your order status."
Maybe I'm too used to the instant gratification of buying digital content on other platforms but I couldn't help but be a bit confused. Is it normal to have to wait before receiving the download here on FAKKU? How long can I expect the wait to be? They aren't shipping me anything are they?
Any clarification on this would be appreciated :)

Same for me. I bought the Maitetsu 18+ DLC yesterday and still did not receive the download link. I also contacted the support with the same result: no reply. How hard can it be and how long does it take to deliver digital goods?

My apologies for the issues you've experienced, it seems the Shopify server has had issues capturing payment for a few weeks and this has held up some digital orders. I have manually approved payment just now, so in about an hour or less the items purchased should be available for use.
