Does anyone check the support tickets?

Ive placed my order over a month ago and i understand it will take a while for something to get mailed out. Im not upset that its taking a while but i am upset that ive put in several support tickets asking about the order and yet i haven't received a single response from anyone. Is there any staff that even check the support tickets?

Regardless I'll take a look tonight and see if I can find it.
If you placed an order for something that is on pre-order (the past 3-4 books) your order will not be shipped out until we get those items in stock.

In his case it looks like it's likely School Love Net that's in question based on his library. I've made a comment in the School Love Net thread that the book is going to be delayed quite a bit more than usual due to some difficulties with getting the color accurate with the printer compared to the Japanese edition.
