Can I use Mastercard or Visa Gift Card to buy works (manga,doujinshi) on FAKKU?

Has of right now the prepaid debt cards I know work are the target Visa card, Walmart Visa, vanilla Visa prepaid debt and my credit union reloadable Visa . I imagine any Visa or Mastercard that not for minors use works if you login to that card site and add your address and zip for online use.

I use a Prepaid Card it is a Layer of protection incase Fakku gets Hacked or there is a data breach

I'm not American and I don't live in the U.S, as they say these cards can be used in the U.S. only, online or in stores, where Visa debit cards are accepted, so Will they ask to verity personal information to use it to buy +18 content?

Some of these cards you buy may need you to make an account with them and add your info, i.e. name, DOB, address.
Some of these prepaid cards are given away as an gift and tend to have this info already added.
if using online you will need to add an address on as all sites will ask for a billing address.

The necessary address or zip is a check on authorizing use. You're better off buying your native country's Visa debt card then getting an American one off Amazon just because it wouldn't work. Try postal offices and banks they sell prepaid or reloadable cards at least in countries I been.
