[Locked] Download Accelerators?

My download accelerator always is prompted to download bandwith.php or i get directed to the 1 file only screen even though i am not downloading another file, its not much of a problem, since it works when i disable the accelerator.

ahl. i forgot to say.
it doesnt matter anymore, since now it doesnt work even without the download accelerator. it might be my isp, since it has all these irritating problems.
wait does a transparent proxy affect anything? cause i'm pretty sure thats what gets me banned from 4chan so frequently. and screws up my downloads from like rapidshare and filefactory and sendspace.
