I have chapters that I purchased and when I go to download it doesn’t give me the pop up window to download just goes straight to reading the chapter... please help I really want them since I got a new phone and I’ve spent good money for them

I have no idea on what your saying so im just gonna generalize it.
If you're referring to the subscription chapters then your out of luck because they are read online only and never were gonna be downloadable.
If you're referring to the doujnshi then you might need to send a message to support witch is above you in this section. Contact form
If you're referring to the books then look at the chapter tab on the book page. It might not be ready to download yet. If this for the chapters in the book then the same but you can't dl the individual chapters and only the full book.
