Duplicate account same card

So i made this account 2 days ago, and today i managed to mess something up.
I thought something happened with my transaction so i reentered my card onto another of my accounts. I cant get the validation email on my other account and i cant cancel my payment nor subscription on my other account.
What i want is to not pay double and cancel my other account,
