Easy way to determine which physical book orders I'm missing

I've been building a collection for awhile now. but after y'all had that issue with your store awhile back, I made several digital only purchases with the plan to come back and buy the physical copy later.
Turns out there's not a super easy way to do this without just going through each of my order history emails and such - but there's dozens of them and it's easy to miss something that may have already been pre-ordered and just not shipped yet. I'd like to avoid buying duplicates if possible, and Id rather not spend hours building a spreadsheet just to track this kind of thing. Is there any easy way to clearly identify stuff I own digitally, a book is in stock/up for preorder, and I haven't purchased physically in the past?

I was in a similar situation when the store issues happened, but I made a "collection" for sold out/unavailable books and kept track going forward.
You could try going through the manga tab, or searching for the "book" or "box set" tags to get a rough idea of where you stand, since if it's listed as in library you at least have the digital already.
As far as determining if you have the physical books after that? You might just need to look at your shelves and cross them off from there. Which is maybe faster than going through the emails.
I think the 20~ newest books listed in "manga" haven't shipped yet, if that helps
