When you are not logged in to an account on doujin/manga pages you can see the "Edit Doujinshi Information" as well as go to the edit page. But you can't hit the submit button with out logging in which causes a "permission denied" error.

The fact that anons can see the page at all shouldn't happen. Especially when logged in accounts (which don't have Uploader permissions) can't see them, as should be the case.
I logged out just to try it; lo and behold, he's right. Not all uploads do it though.
