Feature that blocks certain content

Would it be possible to add a feature like the controversial content feature but for yaoi or yuri content for people who don’t want to see it in the popular/ new feed?

There’s another hentai website that allows you to add tags to a list that you don’t want to see then they gray out the posts that have that particular tags. It’s a good feature for people that don’t want to see posts that contain tags such as netorare or rape.
