[Forum] TOPIC IMAGE

Now, I can't make a thread and have a topic image in it, since this dev mode was released.

I tried everything from clearing cache / browsing history, to switching to an updated browser, to clearing its cache.

All I got was a URL with a suffix "/submit" and a page that says "no data received".

All I got was a maintenance page every time instead.

But yeah, can't make a topic with a topic image anymore.

Again?

This happened not too long ago.
