Definitely the wrong place. Try the Front page news section, and there's a polls subforum sticky in there. Or post a suggestion in the feedback section.

it's just a lot of those sections r locked so only admin can add to them and it's pointless putting at end of most recent one cause whos gonna actually look?

Actually, there will be some members who look at these threads, though it may not necessarily be the Admins.

In addition, I will be moving this to the feedback, suggestions and support section. :)
