I bought the game honey select unlimited. It is a digital game. The game has been paid for, but it says it is getting it ready. Could someone explain to me why I would have to wait for a downloaded game.

Make sure you're logged in. Click on 'My Account' in the top right, then go to 'Library'. There should be a 'Games' option under the Library tab on the left of the screen. Go there and click Honey Select Unlimited. There is a link there to 'Download Full Game'.

Unless you can get to a download link through the purchase email you got, you may need to submit a trouble ticket. No other way I'm aware of.

I bought the game on Aug 31. It is now sep 2. They were able to take the money from my account almost immediately. It has been three days and the game is not on my account, If I go to my library, It shows pages of shaded out games. When I do click on honey select it takes me to the buy it page, even tho I have the email and account for the store says I have bought it. My problem is how is this acceptable, It is a downloadable game, it is not as if I have to wait for fed-ex to get here. Buy, download, play... I do not think that is to hard, every other website I have ever seen has been able to do it. BTW I have put in tickets and they apparently do not answer them over the weekends.

It might have changed recently, but when I go to your profile, I can see the game listed as purchased. If it's still not working, support should be able to help you once they get to your ticket. Keep in mind that Monday was labor day in the US, and this is our first day back in the office.

I've just had this happen to me as well after buying Maitetsu (in UK time, I purchased on Thursday night, sent a ticket Friday morning, and of course it's now the weekend). Payment was immediately authorised according to both the store page and my online banking, so I think that any system that allows a digital delivery product to sit at "unfulfilled" needs to be altered.

I had similar issues with this game, and it pissed me off so much. I had to send them a ticket and wait forever. By the time they replied, I was numerous levels up in Fall guys. I mean, I prefer playing games that are easy to use and even allow a bit of a cheat code use. I know some fall guys hackers who allow me to stay longer in the game. It's a great feeling to stay longer in these battle royale games that are online. It's also amazing to see your friends wondering and scratch for the heads on how you did it!
