Getting charged for a canceled subscription.

I already made two support tickets on this but never got a message back so I hope an employee will see this.
I canceled my subscription on Oct 1, 2017 and got charged before that date even though I never renewed. I submitted a ticket for that and never got a response. I let it go thinking it wouldn’t happen again and today I got charged again! For a canceled account! I can’t even read the chapters because it says I need to pay for a subscription. Why am I getting charged for a canceled account?!

Hello I looked at your account and can only see the one charge, is it possible you have a second account tied to another email address?
