Having trouble editing posts

For a while now, I've been having trouble editing posts. Sometimes, it takes me to a maintenance screen and usually, I can bypass that by refreshing, and the edit goes through. Sometimes, that's not the case though. Because this workaround works, I doubt it's me just happening to try to edit posts whenever the site goes down for maintenance.

This issue crops up a lot more when posts are longer, which is a pretty big problem for someone like myself who is a regular of the Writing and Fanfiction subforum. On posts several thousand words long and above, it is almost guaranteed to happen. On really long posts, it's impossible to edit them altogether.

This issue may or may not be known. I checked back for a while and didn't see anything though, so I went ahead and made this topic.

I've noticed this as well, I'll take a look at the code and see if there is something going on.

This is an issue everywhere on Fakku. Yesterday I was messing with some chatfags and had to refresh trice to even access the current page.

Yeah, I've had it happen to me from trying to just access pages, but it hasn't happened in quite a while aside from editing posts.
