Well that's an older manga, so the links are just probably dead. And I do believe a while ago all downloading was down for a while, it also might just not have been updated since downloading was reintroduced.
Though I'm sure somebody will give you a link to download it.

If anything, look for the manga in another site, though I believe that downloading is out of Fakku's jurisdiction as it technically isn't part of Fakku, I think

are you unable to DL EVERY manga?
Could just be broken links in a particular one.
If all else fails, you can just manually download each page using the "save image as" thingy.
