How do we cancel Unlimited Trial?

I am trying to cancel the Unlimited Trial and so far have had no luck. The notes say that we can e mail to cancell but no reply has come in days. I just want to be sure it s taken OFF my account as i do NOT think it is worth the price. thanks for any tips here. I appreciate the site and the services. but do not want to have a charge added to my card which I do not want.

I don't know if it works for the trial, but if you go to My Account -> Settings -> Subscription Settings, there should be something about canceling.
