How long does a support ticket normally take to go through?

I've purchased two books before and received them instantly upon purchase. (Digital)

I just recently bought another digital book and submitted a ticket nearly 3 hours ago when it wasn't available after purchase.

The support ticket can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours before you hear a response.
