How to up-vote forum posts?

Hello. How does one up-vote forum postings? Where is the icon to do so located? Perhaps I'm simply not looking hard enough, but I can't seem to find a method to accomplish this. Up-voting comments is simple because the +/- icon is located on th side, if I remember correctly, but where is it on forum posts? Thank you for any help rendered on the subject.

Bottom right corner above the report and quote button. But if it not there then you lack the nessary post count. I thought it was 15 but I could he wrong.

Edit: Ironically, the posts I've made tonight have allowed me to see the +/- button. -__- I feel dumb. ha hah.
