Well I personally wouldn't know where else it would go, and I can't read anything either. Though for me it just doesn't load, period, and the actual title of the page doesn't come up at all.

To create 16 topics with only with 45 post, most of them requesting aid or IB redundancy, what's so hard to read the rules when you're leeching out the resource of the forum and providing nothing in return? It's the least you could do.
