I finally found out why I can't sub.

My friend told me that Fakku doesn't accept debit card. Only credit card can be used on Fakku to pay.

That not correct. I use debit all the time here. Could be your bank or the legal reason we can't ship book to taiwan. You should ask the site with the form in the feedback section. Im not sure digital side works on that legal reason but you never know. I know people that use a bank debit card who sub. Is the card a visa or mastercard logo one. The one that you can use as a visa card even though it's your debt card? Like this:

Fakku can't ship books to Taiwan because WANI doesn't allow it, but this is not the problem I have now.

I have got paper-books by purchasing agent which buying books for me on Fakku.

My VISA debit card is from Post office of Republic of China(Taiwan).

It works on Twitch's subscription system, Blizzard's battle.net, Google and other sites but not here.

I don't know if it's because Post office blocks fakku or fakku blocks my card. Maybe I should take a phone call to post office and ask them?

There's a Komiflo twitter account for Taiwan https://twitter.com/komiflo_tw, so there's a chance Fakku doesn't accept Taiwanese consumers just like Komiflo.com blocks western visitors.

It's likely one of the above. Could also be the post office blocking 18+ sites from being paid with the cards. There's some banks and cards that block that initially unless you ask for it to be unblocked.
As said above, shoot a support ticket through and see what they say. Would also contact the card issuer and see what they think

It depends on your debit card.
Some of debit card can use to buy stuff online like credit card.

Your bank, which you make debit card, have to accept this function too, but not all bank do that. So, go ask your bank or find a bank in your country that can do it.

I use debit card too and in my country have only 2 banks that can make the debit buy stuff online.

If your bank offers some form of online service, I would start by checking that out. Speaking from personal experience, my card limits transactions to "safe purchases" by default, which is something I can temporarily disable by going to their website. Allowing for "unsafe purchases" might sound scary, but what it really means is that the company hasn't signed up to whatever security program my bank uses, so it applies to a lot of foreign companies.

In my case, it has nothing to do with the adult nature of the content; I have to do this both for FAKKU and for Playstation Network purchases. I don't have to do this when buying from some places online, so you might still have to do this even if you use the same card for other services such as Twitch.

I enrolled another new card in another bank because my company asked me to do that.

Fortunately, this bank allows me to sub on FAKKU.
