image boost

I think we should give huge image uploaders a small rep boost

I am planning on doing something like this. For every X amount of images, you receive X reputation. Something like that.

I just need to add a bunch more categories and clean it up first.

Maybe 15-20 images or more = 1 rep because posting is easy but rep should be harder to obtain.

and some posters like to post in the "User's Upload" section

rep is for reputation
it's based on the user's opinion, so i think we should keep the rep system this way

rather, some users, like the high ranking ones, should be given the power to give and take away more than one rep point a day
