Inconsistency between pages

I've noticed this recently, but the list of hentai in the front page is inconsistent between pages.
For example, this is a screen of the end of page 1 http://prntscr.com/7rn0fu
and this is a screen of the start of page 2 http://prntscr.ccm/7rn0p9
Specifically, the original hentai shown in page 1 are actually near the bottom of page 2 http://prntscr.com/7rn0zf
I'm guessing that this is because the controversial hentai are still stored on fakku or something, just hidden from everyone. Regardless I'd still like an explanation on the subject compared to my own conspiracy theories

I can't see your screenshot of page 2, but I can guess what you're trying to point out.
When you click any page that is after page 1, the page reloads to show you every single page before it up to the bottom of the page you chose. For instance, if you click page 4, it'll show you everything from page 1, 2, 3, and 4. If you notice, the scroll bar on the right gets smaller the higher the page you go.
Now, whether or not this was coded intentionally for the home page is an entirely different question.
