intrusive popups

So, I often browse from my phone,(Nokia Lumia 900, if it matters)having limited time on my PC every day. Mobile browsing works really well, and I only get the occasional ad, every five chapters or so. Lately, though, the ads have become more and more frequent, popping up every time I go to the next page.
Normally, I'd chalk this up to "oh, I guess this is an issue with my phone's browser.", but I was able to access the site on my PC this evening, and I was getting the same pop up on my computer, on both IE9 and Google Chrome. Is this supposed to be such an intrusive advertisements, or am i just unlucky enough to have this problem? Would love some feed back.
additional information: the ad redirects me(on mobile) and pops up to a website called http://freelifetime3danime.com.

I, too, have this same problem. When I try to browse any manga on the site, I get redirected to either www.freelife3danime.com or http://cttracking08.com and they pop up every time I go to the next page or open up a drop down list. It's okay on desktops, but its too intrusive on mobile devices. Can someone help? (I made an account to post this)
